If the patcher installs yet it still doesn't work

Add the AddTakeOwnership registry file to registry
Go to C:\Windows\System32
Select themeui.dll, uxinit.dll and uxtheme.dll
Right click and Take Ownership
Reinstall UXThemePatcher
